In loving memory of Jerry Lounsbury, 72 years, who passed away at Health Sciences North, Sudbury on Thursday January 29th,2015. Loving father of Cindy (Rick Giroux), Tammy (Rob Smith), and Jennifer (Rick). Cherished grandfather of Farron, Dylan, Kyle, Jaylynn, Felicia, Alex, Jeff, Tara and great grandpa of 7. Born in McQuades, Westmorland County, New Brunswick he was the son of the late King Edward and Bertha (nee Berry) Lounsbury. Dear brother of Sadie Taylor, Austin Lewis both of Ontario, Leonard Lounsbury of P.E.I., Mildred Allan, Elsie McKenzie, Doreen Carpenter, Carl Lounsbury, Alice Lewis, and Mavis Lewis all of New Brunswick. He will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Jerry worked many years perfecting his trade as a baker. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude and thanks to the staff on the 5th floor for their kindness and compassion shown Jerry throughout his time in the hospital. In keeping with the family’s wishes there will be no visitation or services. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Donations in memory of Jerry can be made to Health Sciences North Cardiac and Pulmonary Care Unit. Arrangements entrusted to Ranger’s Cremation and Burial Services.
