It’s with great sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of Theresa on October 6th, 2015 at the Elizabeth Center in Val Caron at the age of 85. Born on November 23rd, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Patrick and Margaret (Donnelly) Roach. Survived by her daughter Shirley Desbiens (Lucien) and predeceased by her son Michel. Cherished grandmother of Danny Rayan (Sherry), Natalie Godin (Robin), Jamal Rayan, Nicole Goodwin (Rob), Patrick and great grandmother of Nicolas, Alexandre, Anthony, Danika and Jackson. “ We will forever carry loving memories of our beloved Nani in our hearts”. Dear sister of Pearl, Gerald and Rita Suveges (Elmer). Greatly missed by Pauline Rainville , Christina Burk and Anthony Roberge. Theresa became a registered nurse in her early years but it was taking care of her family and love of animals that she devoted her time and energy, a natural caregiver. The family would like to thank the staff of the Elizabeth Centre for their care and wonderful kindness given to Theresa while she was with them.
