With fond and cherished memories, we announce with sorrow the passing of Therese Delongchamp at Health Sciences North on Sunday January 31st, 2016 at the age of 87 years. Dear daughter of the late George and Elmire (nee Roy) Delongchamp. Loving sister of Jeanne D’Arc Marcotte (late Rene), Anita Bisaillon (late Robert) and Yvonne Gouin (late Raymond) all of Sudbury, Jean Delongchamp (late Lucille) of Victoria B.C., Claude Delongchamp (late Noella) of Kelowna B.C. and Leo Delonchamp (late Blanche) of Richmond Hill ON. Predeceased by her brothers Romeo (late Isabelle), Albert (late Anne), Arthur (Noelline), her sisters Georgette Lafrance (late Yvon) and Fernande Guindon (late Clifford). She will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Therese will be remembered for her many crafting, crocheting and sewing skills. She was a woman that was a strong Christian who devoted her life to helping others and brining joy to family and friends. She will remain in our hearts forever. The family expresses their appreciation to the doctors and staff of the emergency department at Health Sciences North. Funeral service will be announced at a later date.
