Passed away peacefully at the age of 87, with loving family by her side at Maison Vale Hospice on March 5, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Lorenzo Moreau. Loving mother of Rachelle Lachance (Pierre), Suzanne Trudel (Claude) and Dianne Roy (Raymond). Cherished grandmother of Natalie (Joey Jeanveau), Marc Trudel, Linette Filippini, Roxanne (Gib Bastien), Steve (Philippe), Philippe (Julie Roy) and of 9 wonderful great- grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by her favorite sister in law Doreen Moreau. Madeleine was a very independent woman who loved to travel and go out and do her own running around. She was very out spoken but lived life to the fullest. The family would like to thank the staff of the Maison Vale Hospice for their care and compassion extended to Madeleine during her stay. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at Ste. Marguerite d’Youville Church, 4290 Hwy 69N, Val Therese on Friday, March 18, 2016 at 11:00a.m.
I am so sorry to hear of Madame Moreau’s passing. I was her roommate at the hospital back in October. She was such a kind person, so strong and feisty in spite of what she was going through. My sincere condolences to her family.
