It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Steve Trudel at the tender age of 48 on Monday, November 25th, 2019. Steve was born August 29th 1971 in Kirkland Lake, Ontario but it was in Elliot Lake where he first developed his passion for snow machining. When he wasn't getting stuck in the snow or out on the open road on his Victory, you could always find Steve elbows deep in grease in his garage working on anything and everything with a motor. Steve spent most of his life travelling the world as a skilled raise bore miner. Steve left his mark and will be remembered fondly by those who loved him. Steve will forever be remembered by his best friend and beloved wife, Suzanne Trudel (nee Tessier), father Claude Trudel (Nancy) and mother Ginette Vachon, brother Shawn Trudel, two nieces Trinity and Emily, and step-brothers Devan and Ryan. Steve was also a loving step-father to Sylvain Lefebvre (Desiree), Patrick Lefebvre (Amanda) and will forever be cherished as "Poppa Steve" to his four granddaughters Camille, Martine, Yannick and Jasmine. He will be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held in Steve's honour at the Holiday Inn on 1696 Regent Street in Sudbury Ontario on December 14th at 5pm until we drop.
So terribly sorry for your loss
