In Loving Memory of Alan Gravestock, 63 years who passed away peacefully at his home in Val Caron with family by his side on Wednesday, June 22, 2016. Beloved son of Burford and Agnes (nee Rouble) Gravestock both predeceased of Sudbury. Loving husband of Francaise (nee Savard) Gravestock of Val Caron. Loving father of Debby Gravestock (Don Lehto) of Hanmer and Melissa Gravestock of Val Caron. Cherished grandfather "Pepe" of Faith Gravestock-Bleishwitz, Cory and Sydney Bertrand. Loving brother of Tom (Margaret) Gravestock of New Brunswick, Robert (Maryann) Gravestock of Sudbury and Betty Laforest (Fred, predeceased) of Sudbury. Alan will be greatly missed by all his brothers and sisters in-law, nieces and nephews. Alan was a loving and hardworking man. He worked in the Smelter at Inco for 31 years. He enjoyed going to the Casino and absolutely loved playing his guitar and playing pool among many other things. Alan's wishes were to have no funeral services. The family will have a small Celebration of Life at a later date and will let family and friends know at that time.
