It is with deep sadness we announce the sudden passing of Robert "Bobby" Lavigne. Bobby passed away early morning on May 9, 2022, at the age of 59. He will be greatly missed by his children, Bobbie-Lee Brushett (Troy), Joshua Crocetti, Tiffany Lavigne (Steve), Zach Lavigne, his grandchildren Jon, Vito, Harper and his siblings Patricia Lauziere, Kim Dionne (Jim) and David Lavigne. Predeceased by his mother Velma Waino, father Phillip Lavigne and sister Sue Lavigne. Bobby will also be deeply missed by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Robert had a great sense of humour, loved fishing, walking and had a great love of hockey especially the Toronto Maple Leafs. He loved spending time with his family and was especially proud of his grandchildren and little puppy Vegas.
The family would like to thank all the staff at the North Bay Regional Health Centre-Sudbury site for caring for Robert the last year and supporting his journey with early onset Alzheimer’s Disease. A private family celebration of life will take place at a later date. Remembrance donation made directly to the Alzheimer’s Society Timmins would be greatly appreciated.
