MICK - Daniel James - of Espanola passed away suddenly at ERHHC, Saturday, October 29th, Only child of Fred and Nell Mick (predeceased). Beloved husband of Mary-Lou Mick (Scott). Loving Father to Brenda & Tiffany (Bob). Proud Grandfather to Alysha (Josh), Caitlin (Steve), Zack, Cameron and Carson. Proud Great Grandfather to Brielle, Lincoln & Jackson. The loves of Dan's life were his family, his horses, and fishing . Dan was a member of the Espanola Eagles (winners of the '62-'63 NOHA Jr. A Championship) and the Sudbury Wolves. He was also an avid golfer winning many awards in both sports. Dan's love of nature and the outdoors led to him being passionate about fishing and conservation. He will be missed by many in his community, his friends (including the four footed kind) and his family. Service will be held on Wednesday, November 9th at 11:00 a.m. at the United Church in Espanola. Luncheon to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family would request donations to Pet Save in Dan's honour.
