In honour of Terry, a Celebration of Life will be held at 1190 West Bay, Capreol, on Saturday August 5, 2023 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
O’Rourke, Terrance Lloyd “Terry”
It is with deep regret and sorrow that we announce the unexpected passing of Terrance “Terry” Lloyd O’Rourke on Saturday, February 18th, 2023 at his home, at the age of 71 years. Terry leaves behind his devoted wife Darlene, loving son Ryan (Mila), and predeceased twin daughters Shara-Lynn and Leigh-Ann. Predeceased by parents Terry Sr. and Helen O’Rourke of Capreol. Loving brother of Colleen, Carolyn (Larry), Deborah and Sher. Terry will be missed by brothers-in-law Robert (Irene) and Don, predeceased (Pauline), as well as many nieces & nephews, special loved ones Patrick and Danika and special friend Jaylene.
Terry will always be remembered for his lovely smile, soft-spoken manner, and quirky sense of humour. He spent countless hours indulging in his favourite hobbies, such as watching the Maple Leafs, learning piano, meditation, and woodworking.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Terry’s name directly to a charity of your choice or the Terry Ames Care Fund at the Northern Cancer Foundation.
