The family announces with great sorrow the passing of Patrick Hamilton at his home surrounded by family on Monday, November 28, 2016 at the age of 86. Born in Sudbury to the late Adolphe and Emma Hamilton. Loving husband of Joan Hamilton (nee Stoddart). Beloved father of Sharon (Jim), Peter and Ann. Cherished grandfather of Angela, Stephanie, Erin, Amanda, Peter Jr., Bobbi-Jo and great-grandfather of Trenton, Alexis, Tommy and Jacob. Sadly missed by his special nieces Betty and Patsy. The family would like to give a special thank you to Maison Vale Hospice (Shared Care Program), Dr’s, nurses and PSW’s that helped Patrick through his illness. In lieu of flowers donations to Parkinson Canada would be appreciated.
It was a pleasure caring for Patrick . He was such a strong and determined man.My condolences to the family.
