It is with heavy hearts the family announces the passing of Rebecca Doris Rutley (née Caplin) on Thursday, April 18, 2024. She is predeceased by her husband Bryce, her son Ron, and by her daughter Carol. She was a Mother, Grandma, Great Grandma, and a Great-Great Grandma. Also a sister and a friend to many. There will be no service.
