It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Terrence “Terry” Proulx, 61 years, on Monday, January 13^th, 2025, at his home. Beloved husband of Sharon Proulx (nee Jones). Loving father of Morgan Proulx (Keifer), Taylor Proulx (Tyler), Samantha Wilson (Brodie), Steven Proulx (Emily), Lindsay Austin (Claude), Pat Austin (Karlie), and Brian Austin (Candace). Cherished grandfather of Jaxon, Ella, Leyland, Scarlett, Grayson, Hunter, Adley, Chloe, Kaleb, and Bentley (predeceased). Dear son of Verna and Gerald Proulx both predeceased. Loving brother of Gerald, Wendy (Dan), Darlene, Allan, Tom (Linda), and Jimmy (predeceased). Sadly missed by nieces, nephews, and especially his best friend, his dog Scooter.

Terry worked for CN Rail for 39 years before retiring in 2019. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, playing with Scooter, fishing, camping, playing darts at the Capreol Legion, and spending quiet evenings at home watching the Toronto Maple Leafs or the Toronto Blue Jays. A celebration of Terry’s life will be held on Saturday, March 15^th, 2025 at the Capreol Legion, Branch 179, 16 Young Street, where friends may gather from 1pm to 4pm.
