Barbe, Georgette

Passed away peacefully on Saturday June 12, 2021 at Health Sciences North at the age of 87 years.  Predeceased by her husband Denis Barbe (1986). Born in Estaire, ON to the late Onil and Laura Lupien (nee Guimond). Beloved mother of Denis Jr. (predeceased), Henri (predeceased) (Joyce), Suzanne Soucy (Frank), Jeanne (Paul), Claire (Sebrina), Jocelyne (Barry) and Francois (Melody). Cherished grandmother of 20 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. Loving sister of Alice Fahner (George- both predeceased), Jacqueline MacDougall (John-predeceased), Eva Lalonde (Pierre), Irene Carroll (Leon), Henri Lupien (Shirly) and Elaine Simon. Mom enjoyed traveling and was a member of the Summit Social Club for many years and enjoyed spending time with family.
