Dave and Karen Duval condolences to Brenda and Alan…and your immediate families…it’s funny how you recall childhood memories when you see a person who has passed in the obituaries, that had such a positive and friendly attitude and impact on your life when you were in your developing years…I never had the nerve to call her “Elsie” like everyone else did…it was Mrs. Boire…I revered her as a child growing up in Gatchell…she was like a second Mother at times…always kept us in line when we needed to be…you could always count on solid advice with your childhood problems whenever they arose…a safe house to spend the night on the pullout couch on Tuddenham Avenue…a sandwich if you needed one…
I will always remember her as the Mother of my best friend Alan…God, where did the years go?…thanks for being a part of my life Mrs. Boire…please rest in peace…Al, Brenda, be happy to have had such a wonderful Mother for such a long time…hope your grieving gets easier soon…
Love…Dave and Karen
