Boudreau, Stephen (Steve)

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Stephen (Steve) Boudreau early Thursday morning, February 22, 2024, at the Maison McCulloch Hospice; surrounded by close friends and family, listening to his favourite music.  Steve had a blast, literally, working as an MMU operator / explosives technician at Detour Lake Gold Mine for Dyno Nobel.  He was an avid sport motorcyclist with an impressive collection of bikes. Steve always had the ‘need for speed’ whether on the racetracks at Shannonville or Calabogie, on a ‘leisurely’ bike ride with friend Marc (Woody) and their buddies, or cruising around in his Corvette convertible.  He also enjoyed relaxing and often participated in hot-yoga sessions at Power Yoga Canada with Allison and the gang.  Steve was a huge Letterkenny and Shoresy fan and got to be a background cast member in the filming of season 3 of Shoresy.

Steve will be sorely missed by his mom, Judy and dad, John, his brother Bill, sister-in-law Kim, nieces Laila (Mike) and Olivia, his sister Christina, brother-in-law Brian, and nephews Jonathan and Gregory.  He will also be missed by his close friend Gisèle along with many other friends and family.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the Maison McCulloch Hospice would be appreciated.

Rest easy brother, you qualified…
