The family announces with sorrow the sudden passing of Claire Diane Chartrand on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at Health Sciences North, Sudbury at the young age of 48. Born in Buckingham, QC she was the daughter of the late Armand and Rolande (née Rivest) Chartrand. Loving mother of Kyle (Crystale) and Kayla (Justyn). Cherished sister of Paulette Chartrand (Terry), Michel Chartrand, Diane Bourdua (Luc). She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her 6 nieces and nephews, Michelle (Adam), André (Alice), Véronique, Serge (Mel), Shawn, Angèle (Brandon) as well as by her great nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Claire’s Life will be held at the Moose Lodge, 212 Frood Road on Friday, July 27, 2018 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made directly to the Maison McCulloch Hospice.
