Our beloved father, Ross Dambremont, at the age of 73 has taken flight one last time and earned his wings Thursday, January 14th, 2016. Predeceased by his soul mate Judy (Boothby) Dambremont. Loving father of Sally (Rodney), Sonja (Gary) and Joe (Jody). Proud grandfather of Kory, Sara, Gavin, Rosslyn, Kate, Avery and Emily. Beloved son of the late Oscar Dambremont and Janet Larson (Ross). Dear brother of Isobel Sabo. Sadly missed by his second family the Boothby’s, his many friends and hunting partners. An avid outdoorsman Ross instilled the love of nature, hunting and fishing in his children. He operated Shuswap Camp on Lake Nipissing for many years and enjoyed the company of returning guests and friends over many seasons, even years after he had moved to Perch Lake. As a pilot, Ross enjoyed taking family and friends on flights over the surrounding area. His door was always open, he welcomed and enjoyed drop in visits from family and friends. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 30th, 2016 from 1-4 pm at the Monetville Community Centre, 7198 Hwy 64, Monetville. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice would greatly appreciated.
Dear Sally, Sonja and Joe,
