It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Frank Dombek (87) on May 26, 2022, at Health Sciences North. Beloved husband of Dora. Loving father of Stephen (Sandy) and Michael (Heidi). Cherished grandfather of Nicholas, Anthony, Carter and Alexander. Dearly loved brother of Wanda and the late Carl. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. Born in Cobalt, Ontario on August 13, 1934, he was the son of the late Felix and Mary (nee Januszewski). He worked for years at MacMillan Bloedell, and enjoyed many things in life like woodworking, hobby trains, polka music as well as being an avid birdwatcher. His real pride and joy however were his four grandsons whom he treasured most dearly. He never wanted to miss a hockey or baseball game and had so much pleasure watching and cheering them on. In keeping with his wishes, there will be no service or visitation. Scattering of ashes will be held at a later date for family and friends.

So sorry to hear about the passing of Frank. Our thoughts are with all of you at this difficult time. We remember when he was at all the hockey games. He absolutely loved it.
