January 2, 1942 – March 8, 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our sweet mother, Jeannine Grimard, at the age of 83 years. She has gone to be with her beloved husband of 64 years, Jean-Marie Grimard.
She will be greatly missed by her 6 children Jean-Pierre (Claudette Kingsley), Joanne Grimard (late Daniel), Linda Chénier (Claude), Stéphane (Donna Boucher), Chantal Lafrenière (André), Micheline Démoré (Richard), her 15 grandchildren Alain (Sarrah), Michel (Stéphanie), Nicholas (Jasmine), Jonathan, Kayla (Nathan), Kevin, Bryan, Jean-Claude (Reegan), Samantha (James), Josée (Devin), Amanda, Stéphanie, Christopher (Tiffany), Lindsay, Jessica and her 8 great-grandchildren Ashtin, Alan, Sophie, Jacob, Henry, Scarlett, Elizabeth et Brielle. Dear sister of Denise Viger, Raymonde Dusseault, Pauline Paquet (André), Michel (Chantal) et Louise Paquet (Gilles)
Her laugh was contagious, her wisdom infinite and her generosity knew no limits. Her radiant smile et her unwavering love for her family will forever be engraved in our memories. During her lifetime, mom enjoyed hobbies such as sewing, knitting, crocheting and gardening but she above all loved to cook and have people over for dinner. Everyone was always welcome. She also loved to play bingo and watch the Montreal Canadian hockey games.
May she rest in eternal peace.
