In loving memory of Irene Hibbs who passed away on Friday, August 7, 2015. Beloved wife of the late George Berton. Loving mother of Robert Hibbs (Bernice), Mitchell Hibbs, Edward Hibbs (Janet), the late Linda Hibbs (Roy Hankonen), Ernest Hibbs and step-mother of Brenda Davis (Richard) and Brian Berton (Candace). Cherished grandmother of 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Rodolph Regimbal, Wilfred Regimbal, Rita Lafreniere, Victor Regimbal, Ernest Regimbal (all predeceased). She will be fondly missed by many nieces and nephews. Irene was loved by many and recognized for her humour and generosity. She was the successful owner of a paving, landscaping and kitchen cabinetry business. Irene lived life on her terms and told it like it is. She loved to celebrate and host many pool party events for all her family, friends and neighbours who wished to participate. It was Irene’s wish that no funeral or visitation be held but rather have a grand old party on her behalf. A celebration of her life will be held on Sunday, August 23 at 2:00 p.m. at Bob’s residence.
