Joly, Jeannette

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Jeannette Joly in Sudbury on Monday, November 25, 2024 at the age of 85 years, with her loving family by her side.  Predeceased by her beloved husband Roma. Daughter of the late Irene and Michel Nault. Loving mother of Lise Brown (David), Marielle Dovgalev, Joanne Pappin (Murray), and Marc Joly.  Survived by her loving sisters Cecile (Raymond), Germain & Micheline (Yvon), and by sisters-in law Rollande & Claudette. Predeceased by Alec (Jeanne), Armand (Barbara), Maurice, Larry, Ernest, Florance, Madelaine (Leon), Lorraine (John), Gilberte & George. Cherished by her grandchildren: Tina (Jared), Melissa (Doug), Phillip, Matthew (Hilary) Rebecca (Christian), Justin (Chelsea), Johnathan, and great grandchildren: Chelsea, Terrence, Damian, Chase, Kayden, Kolten, Abel, Alexander. Leah, Cole, Ella, and by her great- great grandchildren Kylo, Maveric, Blayke, Hope.  She was loved and respected by countless family and friends

Jeannette was selfless in all the things she did, whether in her dedication to the Church, family, friends and anyone in need.

As per Jeannette’s wishes there will be No visitation or luncheon.

A Funeral Mass will take place at Paroisse St-Jean-de-Brébeuf, 26 Kathleen Street, Sudbury on  Friday, December 6, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. Interment of her Cremains will take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Jeannette’s memory can be made directly to Paroisse St-Jean-de Brébeuf to help the less fortunate of our community would be greatly appreciated.
