It’s with profound sadness that we share the passing of our Beloved Father Patrice Lalande, surrounded by his friends and family on October 20th, 2024. He was a beloved father, son, grandfather and friend.
Born and raised in Sturgeon falls on March 17th, 1954. The son of Marius Lalande and Blanche Benoit both predeceased and also 2 brothers Leonard (Edna) and Claude.
He will be survived by his son Eric (Kristy) of Harrow, ON and daughter Alexis of San Diego, CA. He will be forever missed by his three grand children: Cole, Lake and Alee. He leaves behind sisters Pierette Brunet (Claude) Claire Fournel (John - predeceased) and brothers (Gilbert Lalande (Patsy) and Jeano Lalande (Marcia) and many nephews, nieces and friends.
We would like to give a big thank you to Denis Robert a lifelong friend of Patrice for being such a big support for him and an amazing friend. Thank you.
Patrice had a passion for making beautiful flower arrangements and crafting ceramics. His artistic spirit brought joy to many, and his creations will be fondly remembered by those who received them. Patrice loved to make arrangements at Rosary florist shop and was able to share his talent and passion with them.
Our father was always the life of the party and love to laugh and listen to music.
He lived by his motto, “A Life without Music and Laughter is not a Life at All “
A Celebration of Life is planned for early summer.
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
