Leroux, Roger Michel

It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Roger Michel Leroux, 62 years on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Health Sciences North. Son of the late Nestor and Aurilda (née St-Onge) Leroux. Loving husband of Lise Gravelle. Beloved father of Amy (André Chartier), Guy and Marc (Tija Butkevick). Cherished grandfather of A.J., Oliver and Eila. Dear brother of Jacques (friend Lillian), Jacqueline Laurin (Cléo) both predeceased, Norm (friend Laurette), Cléo (Clémence), Clément (Gaby), Marcel (Colette), Gérard and Lucille Smith (Don). Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Roger enjoyed working at his glass shop but his true passion was woodworking and his attention to detail was impeccable. His final project that he was able to complete was building the Disney chairs for his grandchildren who were the apple of his eye. As per his wishes there will be no visitation. A Celebration of Roger’s Life will be held at a later date.
