The family of Elaine Loyer, 67 years, is sad to announce that Elaine gained her angel wings on Wednesday, March 2, 2022, at Health Sciences North. Elaine leaves behind her loving and devoting husband of 44 years, Conrad Loyer, her sons, Claude (Christine), Dan (Rochanda), and Al (Jessica). Cherished grandmother of seven grandchildren and one great grandson. Elaine will be sadly missed by her siblings Lillian St-Onge (Ronald), Ernest St-Onge, Claudette Larochelle (Rej), Gérald St-Onge (Sylvie) and many nieces, nephews, and friends. She loved Bingo and travelling but mostly loved spending her time with family. The Loyer family would like to give a special thanks to the 9th floor nurses and doctors at HSN for taking such good care of Elaine these past few years. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Church, 3594 Errington Avenue North., Chelmsford, ON. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made directly to the Health Sciences North Foundation https://hsnfoundation.com/Donate and specify Dialysis Unit.
This makes it all feel real… I can’t believe you’re gone… I wish I would’ve been able to see you one last time before you passed. But I’m glad the last time I got to see you you were able to meet Jasmine and you weren’t feeling so bad that day. The sun was shining, you were making your jokes and being mischievous as always. You fought so hard for so long… Now you can rest… You will be heavily missed. I love you.
