It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Melody Dawn Hudec-Lefebvre on August 30th 2016 at Health Sciences North in Sudbury Ontario. She was the first born child to proud parents Marilyn Hudec (nee Allison) and Micheal Hudec (predeceased) on September 23rd 1975 in Kenora Ontario. Mel was a devoted loving mother to her children Vanessa Hudec-Lefebvre and Bret Lefebvre and cherished Grammy to Xavior Lefebvre. She is survived by her husband of 19 years Shane Lefebvre. She will be greatly missed by her sister Chelle Brush-Gauthier (Dan Gauthier) and brother Micheal Hudec Jr. (Terry Coursol); as well as her niece Trinity Hudec and nephews Damian Brush and Marek Hudec. Mel was a vibrant soul with a tremendous heart and loved her family beyond measure. She will be missed by many Aunts, Uncles and cousins and fondly remembered by her friends. There will be no visitation or funeral however a Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday September 17th 2016 from 2pm – 6pm at the Lion’s Club located at 4611 St. Joseph Street, Hanmer, Ontario. Family and friends are encouraged to attend and celebrate a beautiful woman taken from us too soon. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
“May she rest easy now in her Daddy’s Hands”.
I will forever miss Melody – Loved her as anyone who knew her.
This is so sad.
