Flora Liugia Paquette passed away peacefully with her loving daughter by her side at her residence on Sunday, December 11, 2016 at the age of 93. Beloved wife of the late Georges Paquette. Loving mother of Darlene Laura Jolie (predeceased)(John) and Janice. Cherished nonna to Brad Jolie (Kim), Andrea Davis (Scott), Suzanne Jolie (John Reynard), Glenna Jolie (Michael Davidson) and bisnonna of Avery, Brynn, Benjamin, Jeremy and James. Born in Toronto, ON to the late Antonio and Emma Prenol (nee Oliver). Cherished sister of Reno Prenol (predeceased)(Helen), Maria Desloges (Alfred) (both predeceased) and Lydia McGuire (Wally-predeceased). Special zia to many nieces, nephews and special friends from Coniston. At Flora’s request, there will be no visitation or service. Interment of cremains to take place in the spring. A special thank you to Leslie from CCAC, NP Claire from the Shared Care team at Maison Vale Hospice, Samantha and Sherry from We Care and Bayshore for their care and compassion. In lieu of flowers donations can be made directly to Maison Vale Hospice or a charity of choice.
Dear Darlene and Janice we are sending our deepest condolences to both of you and your family. Flora was a kind and gentle lady. I still remember going to your parents camp and having a wonderful time. Always a smile will be my memory of her. Both of you are in our thoughts and prayers. Take care.
