The family would like to announce with great sorrow the passing of Gwen Rawlings (née Campbell) on April 6, 2024, at her residence with her loving son by her side, at the age of 96. Born in Owen Sound, ON to the late Louis and Caroline Campbell (née Driffle). Beloved wife of the late Don Rawlings. Loving mother of John Rawlings and the late Linda Innes (David). Cherished grandmother of Katherine and Rebecca Tracy (Chris); great grandmother of 5 and great great-grandmother of 5. Sadly, missed by many relatives and friends. Gwen was a stay-at-home mom. And she enjoyed watching baseball and curling. There will be a Celebration of Life on May 4, 2024 at 4 pm at Tony V’s restaurant; 1323 Martindale Road in Sudbury. Burial will be held on June 15, 2024 at 3pm at Union Cemetery Clarksburg, ON.
John, I just read about your Mom’s passing. Our sincerest condolences from Mark & Linda. Your Mom and Dad were great baseball influencers for the Burwash youth of which we were, many years ago.
