Rudiak, Henry

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Henry Rudiak at his residence on August 6, 2024 at the age of 72. He was the beloved son of Henry Sr. and Sophie Rudiak (both predeceased). He will be sadly missed by his sister Cindy Tessier, nieces Courtney Tessier (Aaron Vehkala - children Cameron and Allison), Kristin Hall (Matthew), and his great niece Sophie Hall.

Henry worked for Bestway Glass for over 40 years and was a valued employee. Due to health issues, he had to leave his job earlier than expected. His fellow workers, Louie, Rick, Andy, and Mike meant so much to him. Captain Rob was also an important person in his life.

In his earlier years Henry loved to fish and pick blueberries. He was a lifelong fan of the Montreal Canadiens and loved the music of Elvis and The Beatles. He was also an avid reader and made many trips to Bay Used Bookstore in his lifetime.

We will remember Henry for his kind and generous heart and being quite a prankster when it came to Christmas gift giving.

As per Henry’s wishes a private family committal will be held at a later date.

Now free from pain and suffering. Rest peacefully dear brother. Until we meet again.
