In loving memory of Georgina Argentina Zanetti (nee Ceccarelli) 90 years, who passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Sunday June 7, 2015 at Health Science North. Beloved wife of the late Ontario ”Spag” Zanetti (predeceased 2003). Loving mother of Terry Zanetti (Elaine Sauriol). Dear daughter of the late Corado and Giuseppina (Taus) Ceccarelli. Cherished Noni of Breighan Zanetti (Rene Paquet) and Eric Zanetti (Jola) and great noni of Reese and Ethan. Dearest sister-in-law and close friend Ann Zanetti and her daughter Maria. Georgie loved to cook and share her recipes, however often leaving out a crucial ingredient. She was well known for her wit and sense of humor. She never forgot a name or a face and contributed greatly to the history of Little Italy. A special thank you to the staff at the Walford Retirement Residence. At Georgie’s request, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A private family committal will take place at a later date.
